Located in the historic Gabriola mansion, in Vancouver’s West End, Romano’s Macaroni Grill is the ideal location for your group’s celebration or event. Whether you’re looking to plan an intimate dinner for 10 or a corporate event for 350, we can accommodate your celebration.
Paesano — family style dining
At the Macaroni Grill, we've created a menu that that lets your group share platters of Italian favourites, such as Spaghetti Bolognese or Chicken Parmesan. We’ve even added a little West Coast flair by offering grilled wild BC Salmon and fresh, crisp salads.
To complement your multi-course meal, consider our wine selection. Our wine list features varietals and prices for a range of palettes and budgets. We feature some of BC’s finest wines and some international favourites.
Be sure to save room for dessert. For a small additional cost your group can finish off the feast with a choice of our sumptuous desserts such as tiramisu.
At the Macaroni Grill we’re able to accommodate guests with special dietary needs. Please let us know in advance of your booking of your guest’s special food requests.
Our paesano feast is available for different base prices seasonally, depending on what time of the week your group reserves. During our busy Christmas season (November 16 – January 1) our paesano feast is priced differently on Friday and Saturday. Groups wishing to book between Sunday – Thursday will experience an early week price break. Please download the paesano planner for more information
Exclusive event bookings
Size does matter. Looking to organize a formal event such as a holiday-based party or a wedding? We can accommodate dining groups of up to 350 and even larger groups for cocktail-inspired events.

Booking your event at the Macaroni Grill has many advantages, here are just a few.
Organizer reward
For parties of 20 or more people we reward the organizer. We’ll mail the organizer an invite card for $25 dollars as our way of saying ‘thanks’ for all your hard work.
Huge selection
At Romano’s Macaroni Grill we have combined all of our favourites along with some traditional Italian specialties into one great menu. You can choose from a selection of salads, antipasti, pasta and entrees for your party’s all-you-can-eat family-style feast.
Holiday seatings
During our busy Christmas season (November 15-January 1) we offer two dinner seatings Friday and Saturday evenings. The early seating begins at 5:00 p.m. - your group will have until 8:00 p.m. at the table. The second seating begins at 8:30 p.m., your group is free to stay as long as they like. We offer much more reservation flexibility from Sunday through Thursday evenings. We also offer lunch bookings for groups of 40 or more during the day.

Who said paying the bill has to be difficult? We accept major credit cards, debit, cash and certified or pre-approved company cheques.

Transportation and parking
We’re happy to coordinate any cab service your group may need. For those travelling by car, there is valet parking available for $6.00 per vehicle starting at 5:00 p.m. most days.
